Alkaline diet

  • Daily vitamins, minerals, enzymes and probiotics
    Use lemon on your water, with no sugar.

Positive Thinking

  • Just live in the presence with a positive outlook.

What to eat?

  • Algae (e.g. chlorella, spirulina)
  • Fermented foods (vegetables, kefirs)
  • Medicinal mushrooms like Maitake, Reishi and Chaga
  • Adaptogenic herbs like astragulus, gynostemma, siberian ginseng, goji- Aloe vera- Hemp- Goji Berries- Bee Pollen- Garlic- Kale- Broccoli- Cauliflower- Cabbage- Watercress- Cilantro- Berries- Pomegranates and Jiaogulan tea
  • Pure water
  • Fresh air
  • Sunshine exposure for 15-20 minutes a day
  • Early morning 45 minutes exercise
  • Colonics and coffee enemas

What to Avoid:

  • Refined sugar
  • Conventional dairy (non-organic and pasteurized)
  • Glutinous grains (wheat, barley, spelt)
  • Soy (non-organic and unfermented)
  • Pork (even when organic)

You also need to limit:

  • Fruit juices and fruits with high levels of sugar (ie. pineapples, mangos, bananas)
